SALDO White Zinfandel is structured and complete—a far cry from the cloying and bland “blush” of the ‘80s and ‘90s. We crafted this wine with intention, sourcing organic grapes from a single vineyard in Mendocino County’s Redwood Valley and focusing on balanced complexity. The elevated terrain there experiences a cooler climate, making for a more refined, complex grape. The result? A dry, crisp, and seasonless rosé unlike any Zinfandel you’ve tried before.
