2021 Booker Wines Oublié GSM Paso Robles

Oublié is Booker’s tried-and-true GSM, landing this time with a tiny contribution of Tannat. The 2021 vintage is loaded with aromas of boysenberry, cherry, caramel and toasty oak. The palate is coated with luscious berry flavors and soft, rich textures, concluding with firm structure on the finish. Oublié is one of our lightest blends by design, aiming to mimic a Châteauneuf-du-Pape and pair well with all types of food.
